Vocal Trio consists of three instruments, “Pipe horn”, Water bell” and “Leaf flute”. Singing and speaking with a microphone installed in them, vocal tone is changed to a specific instrument’s sound as its scale and tempo are kept. Horn-shaped pipe, Pipe horn has deep and low toned horn sounds. Water bell like a water drop has clear bell sounds. Leaf flute like a leaf has reed sounds. A micro-controller in each of them transfers voices to instrument’s sounds. It samples the frequency of incoming voices through a microphone and sends it to a midi chip. This midi chip plays on a specific instrument’s sound over a speaker. Vocal trio is started from the imagination, of which we understand each other with musical sounds, instead of linguistic communications, speaking and singing. People can simply play and enjoy it making various musical harmonies |
